There are several reasons why a client may require HR consultancy. The most common reasons include lack of a specific expertise within the existing team, lack of both time and human resources and the need for an objective opinion with innovative ideas. Clients usually have a specific issue, project or concern which needs addressing and they will choose to work with an external consultant to manage this need.

DOHR works with key client stakeholders to clearly define the specific needs and to mutually agree the deliverables. The consultant may work at the client location or off site and they may facilitate meetings and workshops to ensure that the outputs of the assignment are aligned to the specific business needs and culture.

DOHR provides expertise on legislation and best practise, blending this with information gained from the company to ensure that the solution enables the client to attract, train and retain high quality staff.
